The Dallas Extension Club

Welcome to the Dallas Extension Club, the elite beauty membership designed for those who demand flawless hair without the hassle. To ensure that all members receive the highest level of care and service, we have established the following booking guidelines and policies.

1. Fair Use Policy

To maintain quality and availability, each member is entitled to:

• Up to 2 major services per month (e.g., sew-ins, wig installs, K-Tips).

• Unlimited maintenance & styling sessions (touch-ups, curls, silk presses).

• One active appointment at a time (future bookings are available after the previous service is completed).

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Advance Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

• Priority Scheduling: Members who have not booked in the last 3 weeks receive priority slots.

• Limited Weekend Access: Members may book one weekend service per month. Additional weekend bookings require a $50 Weekend Access Fee.

3. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 fee.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations more than twice in a 6-month period may lead to membership suspension.

4. Membership Perks & Add-Ons

• Need extra flexibility? Members can purchase a “Skip-the-Line” pass for an additional fee to secure priority booking.

• Loyalty perks apply to members who consistently follow booking etiquette.

5. Membership Etiquette

• Members should arrive on time and with hair properly prepared per service guidelines.

• Excessive rescheduling or booking services without commitment may impact future priority access.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in membership adjustments or suspension to preserve the elite experience for all members.
